Gosh~~~Many things have happened during my 1st practicum which gonna last for a month! While sitting in the staff's room, I can hear gossip among teachers...And somehow...I indirectly joined it too...From there I knew behaviors of some teachers and how mischievous the students were. When I and my two course mates entered a class for replacement, the students were quite noisy...Sounds of their chit-chatting were loud and bothering me. Even if we warned them "Don't make noise or we will give you demerit score!" This method didn't really help so much, felt like wanna faint so that I need not bother them anymore. After attending school for three days right now, I learned that:
1) Don't know how to handle the students? Just ask their maths teachers.I'm sure they will kindly and are willing to supply me various type of methods.
2) Gain some useful method from my course mates to "finish" them. LOL!
3) Be fierce? Nolar, just be strict. But when they step over the border line, I must "ROAR" them to protect myself! >0<
4) Vital need - 100 percent confident to myself! Nowadays, students are much more intelligent, not to learn their lesson but to test their teacher. Without confident, the situation is going to be expected terrible because all messed up my things.
Well, tomorrow is another day and my mentor is going to pre-observe me. Thank God she hasn't start to give mark first due to adaption problem. But I'm sure I will get used to teacher profession soon.
Good luck for me tomorrow~Hope everything go smooth...and...steady!
